Common use of Official Action Clause in Contracts

Official Action. By resolution duly adopted on November 28, 1983, the issuer took "official action" (within the meaning of Section 1.103-8(a) (5) of the Income Tax Regulations under the Code) providing for the acquisition, construction and installation of the Facilities and the financing of the cost of the Facilities, in whole or in part, through the issuance of the Bonds.
