Official Business. Duly authorized representatives of the ASSOCIATION shall be permitted to transact official ASSOCIATION business on BOARD property prior to or after the conclusion of the EMPLOYEE's workday, provided that this shall not interfere with or disrupt normal school operations.
(a) A current list of duly authorized representatives of the ASSOCIATION shall be provided to the Office of the SUPERINTENDENT upon request.
(b) Said duly authorized representatives shall be limited to officers or staff agents of the ASSOCIATION and its affiliate.
Official Business. Representatives of the Union will be permitted to transact official business with appropriate representatives of the University at all reasonable times provided they follow regular University procedures.
Official Business. 1443 Personnel may be excused from duty without loss of pay for participation in Board- 1444 approved professional meetings of value to the District. These absences from duty shall 1445 be classified as official business. Legally authorized expenses, including mileage to 1446 people so authorized, will be allowed.

Duly authorized representatives of the Exclusive Representative, and their respective affiliates, shall be permitted to transact official business of the Exclusive Representative on school property at all reasonable times, provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations.
Official Business. 1. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business with the Board on school property at all reasonable times, provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations or activities.
2. Association representatives (Members) engaged during the school day on behalf of the Association in negotiations, mediation, bargaining grievances or arbitration with any representative of the Board shall be released from regular duties without loss of salary, if the administration or Board schedules or agrees to a meeting/conference for such purposes during the teacher workday. Such appearance(s) shall not be charged against any other leave in this Agreement.
Official Business. The employee performed overtime duty incident to the conduct of official business at the designated post of duty;

To hold a site meeting, such representatives shall contact the work site manager or principal and establish a mutually agreeable time to meet with the employee(s). The

Authorized representatives of the Association shall contact the work site manager or principal and establish a mutually agreeable time to meet with the employee (s). The manager or principal will designate the meeting area and the Association will notify the employee(s) of the time and location of the meeting.
Official Business. Dependent on Public Transport. (4) Infrequent Public Transport / Darkness.
