Official Court Reporter Flexible Work Schedule/Overtime. Official Court Reporters may be assigned “flexible” weekly work schedules and shall only be entitled to compensation at one and one-half (11/2) times their regular rate of pay for hours beyond forty (40) in a work week.

Official Court Reporter Flexible Work Schedule/Overtime. (2019) Official Court Reporters Reporter may be assigned “flexible” weekly work schedules and shall only be entitled to compensation at one and one-half (11/21 1/2) times their regular rate of pay for all hours beyond forty (40) in a work week. For purposes of this subsection, “flexible” weekly work schedule is defined as a changing schedule with a total of forty (40) hours of work time within a pay week with no defined beginning or end time in a day, but not to exceed forty (40) hours within each pay week.
