Official Information. The Federation shall be furnished one (1) electronic copy of minutes, agendas, and related study materials at the same time and in the same form as those furnished the public and the Board of Trustees. Nothing in this section shall be construed to diminish the President's right to privileged correspondence with the Board of Trustees. To assist the Federation in carrying out its role as the bargaining agent for academic employees, the College upon request shall furnish to the Federation information in the same form available to the general public. Such information shall include names and available addresses and telephone numbers of academic employees. The College agrees to provide updated lists before the 15th working day of each quarter.
