Official Vehicle Operators. Complaints against unit members driving County vehicles while in the performance of their official duties or driving official vehicles at any time shall only be placed in the official personnel files and subject to discipline by management only after receipt of a written complaint, signed by the person making the complaint, or a complaint transmitted by e-mail that identifies the complainant by name and the complainant’s contact information.
