Offset upon Subsequent Employment. In the event that the Executive finds subsequent employment prior to the termination of the Severance Period, the remaining payments under Sections 2(a), (b), (c) and (d) above will be offset by the salary, automobile allowance, life insurance coverage, accrued bonus and healthcare coverage, as the case may be, actually received by the Executive in his subsequent employment.
