Common use of Offsets and Credits Clause in Contracts

This Agreement shall constitute an application for offsets or credits for the Contributions in Aid of Construction, provided by the owner to facilitate utility service to the Property, against impact fees due for the property. The City shall credit the amount of the Contributions in Aid ofConstruction provided by the Owner against the amount ofImpact Fees due for the Property.
