OFFSHORE ISLANDS Sample Clauses

The OFFSHORE ISLANDS clause defines how the contract applies to territories that are geographically separate from the mainland, such as islands under the jurisdiction of the relevant country. This clause typically clarifies whether goods, services, or obligations extend to these offshore locations, and may specify any additional costs, logistical considerations, or legal requirements unique to such areas. Its core function is to prevent ambiguity regarding the inclusion or exclusion of offshore islands, ensuring both parties understand the scope of the contract and reducing the risk of disputes over territorial coverage.
