OHFA Investigation. OHFA will conduct such due diligence as it deems necessary or appropriate to determine that Owner is in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that the proposed Transferee is qualified and can reasonably be expected to perform the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
