Oil Industry Day. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Refinery Employees who are scheduled to work on Oil Industry Day, usually the day after Easter Monday, shall be entitled to that holiday and be paid 7.6 ordinary hours for that day. This entitlement applies to Permanent and Casual Employees. Should an Employee be required to work on Oil Industry Day they will earn ordinary hours for the first 7.6 hours they work that day and can take a paid day at 7.6 hours ordinary time at another time, as agreed between the Employee and the Company.
