Oil Pollution Cover. ensure that the certificate of entry for the Ship issued by the protection and indemnity association with which the Ship is entered is endorsed with the U.S. Oil Pollution Clause 20/2/91 (as amended or replaced from time to time) and procure that written confirmation is given to the Lessor that the Lessee or, during the Sub-Lease Period, the Sub-Lessee, the Manager has provided all declarations and satisfied all other requirements of such association and that the U.S. Trading Exclusion Clause has been deleted from the terms upon which such association covers the Ship against protection and indemnity risks (including oil pollution risks);
