Older Workers Benefit Protection Act (OWBPA. The Executive recognizes and understands that, by executing this Release, he/she shall be releasing the Company Entities from any claims that he/she now has, may have, or subsequently may have under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. §§621, et seq., as amended, by reason of any matter or thing arising out of, or in any way connected with, directly or indirectly, any acts or omissions which have occurred prior to and including the Effective Date of this Release.
