Trademarks and Trade Names Except as specifically set out in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall grant, suggest, or imply any authority for one Party to use the name, trademarks, service marks, or trade names of the other for any purpose whatsoever.
Use of Names and Marks All names, trademarks, trade names or symbols (collectively, “Branding”) of each Party are and will remain the exclusive property of such Party. Neither Party will acquire any right to the Branding of the other Party. Accenture will have the limited right to use Supplier’s Branding in connection with the activities described in this Purchase Order. Trademarks The Company name, the Company logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors.
