Staff Support. It is the intent of both the CMAP board and the Policy Committee that the staff of CMAP be responsible for the region’s work program that addresses planning for both transportation and land use in northeastern Illinois. The Executive Director of CMAP will ensure that adequate staff support is provided to carry out the transportation planning and programming activities as described in the annual Unified Work Program and approved by the CMAP board and the Policy Committee. The staff of CMAP will interact with the Policy Committee to ensure that the Policy Committee is fully and meaningfully involved in the development of at least those matters designated by federal law as within the MPO’s purview.
Staff Support. The change process will establish a staff support programme, which may include personal (including family where requested) and career counselling. To maximise employment opportunities for affected staff while ensuring that operational needs are met MPI may institute a partial or complete freeze on permanent recruitment or appointments and use fixed-term employees to cover workloads during the change.

Staff Support. Staff support will be provided to the Committee by the Office of the Vice President for Instruction.
Staff Support. 40.1 Any issues of concern should be raised with the employee at an early stage and appropriate support provided to enable employees to achieve their full potential.
40.2 Issues of job performance or standards of behaviour or conduct should be raised informally in the first instance with a view to reaching an amicable resolution.
40.3 Discussions should be conducted in private.
40.4 Any meeting should include the following:
40.4.1 The nature of the concern;
40.4.2 Clearly articulated expectations or standards;
40.4.3 Support/advice to be provided, where relevant; and
40.4.4 The period over which the employee will be mentored and by whom, where relevant.
40.5 The employee must be given the right to respond to any concerns raised. The objective at this stage is to resolve the matter amicably and swiftly.
40.6 These discussions cannot be relied upon to initiate procedures or used in any proceedings under the Unsatisfactory Performance, Misconduct or Serious Misconduct provisions contained in Schedules C – Unsatisfactory Performance and/or D – Misconduct of this Agreement.
40.7 Serious concerns shall be dealt with in accordance with Schedules C - Unsatisfactory Performance and/or D – Misconduct of this Agreement.
40.8 Nothing in this Clause shall prevent the employer taking action under Schedules C – Unsatisfactory Performance and/or D – Misconduct of this Agreement in respect of unsatisfactory performance or misconduct.
Staff Support. The recipient facility shall provide food, housing and/or transportation for donor healthcare facility personnel asked to work for extended periods and for multiple shifts. The costs associated with these forms of support will be borne by the recipient healthcare facility.
Staff Support. To furnish general and technical staff support to member municipalities as they direct or request, to promote and implement approved agreements, policies, projects and programs.
Staff Support. 12.1 The NELF Board appoints a Manager and other staff as required.
12.2 The Manager reports to the NELF Board Chair.
12.3 All other staff report to the Manager.
Staff Support. The COUNTY shall provide support to the OCEMO Representative Board for agendas and minutes only. Staff support to OCEMO Committees shall be provided by OCEMO members.
Staff Support. City shall provide staff support in facilitating public meetings to discuss the possibility of extending the existing boundaries of the Xxx Arbor Skatepark as referenced in Exhibit B. The City shall bear the costs for public notification of any such public meeting.
