Olympic Games. The Contractor shall not (without the prior written approval of the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games Limited (“LOCOG”) in each case) represent that any products or services provided under this Contract have been endorsed or approved by any Overarching Employer, the British Olympic Association, the British Paralympics Association, LOCOG or any other official Olympic or Paralympic body, or that the Contractor (including any of its products or services) are in any way associated with those organisations, the Olympic Games and/or Paralympic Games, or London 2012, including by publishing or issuing any statement (factual or otherwise) about the Contractor’s provision of the products or services to any Overarching Employer.
