Upon the Parties agreement on the fees and other specific terms and conditions applicable to an Omitted Service, the Parties shall execute an amendment to this Agreement that provides for the substitution of the relevant Schedule, or additions of supplements to the relevant Schedule, in order to describe such Omitted Service and the agreement upon the related fees and other specific terms and conditions applicable thereto.
