Give prompt written notice to the XXXX when the Owner becomes aware of any default or defect in the Project or non-conformance with the Plans, Specifications and Estimates, or any of the services required hereunder. Upon notice of failure to perform, the Owner may provide written notice to XXXX that it intends to terminate the Contract unless the problem cited is cured, or commenced to be cured, within three days of XXXX’x receipt of such notice.
