On Call - Information Technology Services Department. i) Telephone calls, emails, text messages or any other form of communication received by an ITS employee for any work related to Xxxxxxxx County during hours, other than those defined as Standard Work Week Hours, must be directed to the Director of ITS or his/her designee or proxy, and will not be immediately responded to by any employee.
