Business Contact Information. Each party consents to the other party using its Business Contact Information for contract management, payment processing, service offering, and business development purposes related to the Agreement and such other purposes as set out in the using party’s global data privacy policy (copies of which shall be made available upon request). For such purposes, and notwithstanding anything else set forth in the Agreement with respect to Client Personal Information in general, each party shall be considered a data controller with respect to the other party’s Business Contact Information and shall be entitled to transfer such information to any country where such party’s global organization operates. Business Contact Information. Notwithstanding Section 13.11, above, Customer agrees to allow Liferay and its Affiliates to store and use Customer business contact information provided by Customer, including names, business phone numbers, and business e-mail addresses (“Business Contact Information”) anywhere it does business. Such Business Contact Information will be processed and used only in connection with Liferay’s business relationship with Customer, and may be transferred worldwide between Liferay, its Affiliates, subcontractors, Business Partners, and assignees of Liferay and its subsidiaries for uses consistent with Liferay’s business relationship with Customer.

Business Contact Information. Purchaser and Supplier each acknowledges that in connection with this Agreement it will receive from the other Party certain business contact information of the other Party and that such business contact information may include Personal Information (“BCI”). Customer agrees to allow, and is authorized to allow, DocStar and its Affiliates and service providers to store and use Customer’s business contact information, including names, business phone numbers, and business email addresses of Customer employees and contractors, anywhere they do business. Such information will be processed and used solely in connection with the partiesbusiness relationship.
