On-Going Term. Gist’s employment under this agreement shall be for one year commencing on the date set forth above. However, the term of Gist’s employment under this Agreement shall automatically extend for additional one (1) year terms until such time, if any, as Employer or Gist give written notice to the other that such automatic extension shall cease, the same of which shall be given with no less than sixty (60) days notice prior to the expiration of the then current term.
