On or Before your Termination Date. If there should occur a 409A CIC and your Termination Date has not previously occurred, then the date of the 409A CIC shall be your Termination Date; and you shall be paid the Accrued Obligations not later than five (5) business days after the 409A CIC, to the extent not previously paid. In addition, provided you sign and do not revoke the Supplemental Release as described in Section 7.B. and subject to your continued compliance with Section 8, the Company will pay or provide the following, in lieu of the amounts and form of payment applicable under Sections 2.B.6, 2.B.2., and/or 2.B.4., as applicable:
