On-Site Coordinator. The Administrator shall provide an On-site Coordinator during Academy activity times every day the Academy is in session. The PTA/PTO/HSA and/or School will be asked for recommendations for this staff person. However, the Administrator will be responsible for the hiring, management and payment of the On-site Coordinator and reserves the right to replace this person as needed. The On-site Coordinator’s duties include overseeing vendor performance, maintenance of student attendance records, communication with parents regarding attendance. responding to parent's questions, communicating changes or cancellations of classes and liaising regularly with the PTA/PTO/HSA. At the end of each day, the On-site Coordinator shall ensure children in the Academy leave the premises in accordance with their pre-arranged transportation plan and in accordance with school dismissal protocols.
