Common use of On-Site Coordinator Clause in Contracts

On-Site Coordinator. The Administrator shall provide an On-site Coordinator during Academy program times every day the Academy is in session. The SCA and/or School will be asked for recommendations for this staff person. However, the Administrator will be responsible for the hiring, management and payment of the On-site Coordinator and reserves the right to replace this person as needed. The On-site Coordinator’s duties shall include, but not be limited to, overseeing vendor performance, the maintenance of daily attendance records, and communicating with parents regarding program questions, changes or cancellations as well as student attendance.
