Common use of ON-SITE DEDICATIONS Clause in Contracts

ON-SITE DEDICATIONS. Developer shall dedicate to the County the following rights-of- way (collectively, the "Dedications"). Each such Dedication shall be made by deed. Such Dedications shall be at no cost to the County and FDOT, and shall not be eligible for transportation impact fee credits except as provided in Paragraph 8.a below.

ON-SITE DEDICATIONS. Developer shall dedicate to the County the following rights-of- way for the Project (collectively, the "Dedications"). Each such Dedication shall be made by deeddeed or plat, as determined by the County based on the applicable deadline for such Dedication. Such Dedications shall be at no cost to the County and FDOT, and shall not be eligible for transportation impact fee credits except as provided in Paragraph 8.a below.
