Common use of On-Site Monitoring Clause in Contracts

On-Site Monitoring. Grantee is subject to on-site financial monitoring by TJJD at any time. Audits may be supplemented by interviews with staff in the juvenile probation department, county auditor’s office and county treasurer’s office. Findings will result in a performance rating profile report or may result in a NCCR for non-compliance with grant requirements. Grantee shall ensure all agents comply with all requests for information during the course of an audit.
