Common use of On-Site Obligations Clause in Contracts

On-Site Obligations. If Red Hat personneI are working on Client’s premises, then (a) CIient wiII provide a safe and secure working environment for Red Hat personneI, and (b) Red Hat wiII compIy with aII reasonabIe workpIace safety and security standards and policies, applicable to Client’s employees, of which Red Hat is notified in writing by CIient in advance.
