ON-SITE SUPERVISION. The CQA/ACC Executive Director, or their designate(s), is charged with complete responsibility and full authority to enforce all the provisions of these terms & conditions for the benefit and safety of all concerned. Any exception or deviation from these regulations may be made only with the CQA/ACC Executive Director’s authorization.
ON-SITE SUPERVISION. 6.1 Dual enrollment courses and students shall be under the direct supervision of the site administrator designated by the COLLEGE DISTRICT as the SCHOOL DISTRICT’s Representative.

ON-SITE SUPERVISION. As agreed by TJJD and PPI, PPI may provide a shift leader (“Task Force Leader”) for each shift that has assigned staff at each TJJD location. These leaders will be identified to TJJD.

ON-SITE SUPERVISION. While on site, testers are expected to communicate with the delivering plant or laboratory regarding issues on site. Issues may include, concrete quality including slump, pumpability, service including speed of delivery or on site difficulties. In addition testers should assist in liaising between the customer & plant. It is the responsibility of the tester not to allow excessively wet (> 110 slump) concrete to be discharged on site. The tester shall direct the truck to return to the plant to be dried out if appropriate. In addition the plant should be notified the load is being returned. Excessively wet concrete shall only be discharged after the customer has accepted responsibility for the load.
ON-SITE SUPERVISION. Charter HR Educational Services, LLC shall be responsible for on-site employee supervision at the OMPS directly and through the Chief Administrator. The Chief Administrator will serve as the liaison to the OMPS Board on employment matters on behalf of Charter HR Educational Services, LLC. The chief administrator will supervise the overall operation of OMPS and keep the Board informed of employment related matters. The chief administrator shall be an employee of and shall assist Charter HR Educational Services, LLC with its administrative and personnel responsibilities on the OMPS’ premises. As to all administrative and personnel matters, the Chief Administrator shall coordinate with and report to designated Charter HR Educational Services, LLC managers and officers at Charter HR Educational Services, LLC’s home office. Charter HR Educational Services, LLC, after consulting with the Chief Administrator, shall determine the procedures to be employed by Covered Employees in the day-to-day performance of their job responsibilities. Charter HR Educational Services, LLC shall make good faith reasonable efforts to act in the best interests of OMPS with regard to OMPS’ policies and procedures. Charter HR Educational Services, LLC shall ensure that the chief administrator follows all appropriate guidelines concerning Charter HR Educational Services, LLC’s oversight of Covered Employees and complies with all Charter HR Educational Services, LLC directives dealing with its responsibilities herein above set forth.
ON-SITE SUPERVISION. The Artist will be personally involved in all phases of the Work's development, fabrication and installation. The Artist shall be on site periodically during the time that the Work is being installed as required to ensure that the Work is being installed in accordance with the Artist's Design Intent.
ON-SITE SUPERVISION. (a) Developer shall provide an on-site supervisor, satisfactory to the City Engineer, on the work site(s) at all times during the construction of the Remaining Public Improvements, with the authority to act for Developer.
