Supplemental Staffing. The District shall first attempt to place all available employees from the placement pool, referenced in Section 7 above. In doing so, the District will not utilize more restrictive qualifications for positions than were applied in implementing Section 7 in previous years. If, following this process, there exist positions for which placement pool employees are not qualified and which, if filled by hiring from outside the District would lead to an increase in actual staff allocation levels for the ensuing year, then the District may involuntarily transfer employees to fill such positions through the implementation of Article 10, Section 5, to best utilize existing staff. However, the District will allow a minimum of five percent (5%) of the Special Education staff to transfer through the open transfer processes who will be exempt from involuntary transfer under this provision for one year. Identification of these employees will be determined first on the basis of the length of time in Special Education, and second on the basis of seniority in the District if more than five percent (5%) obtain positions under the provisions of Article 9, Section 4.
Supplemental Staffing. BCFS HHS will provide supplemental staff for work assignment at high-restriction juvenile facilities and medium restriction halfway houses operated by TJJD. At all times, BCFS HHS assigned staff must be present and awake in the facility during work, including nighttime, hours as assigned by the facility. Assigned staff must not leave the facility during assigned hours for any reason barring emergencies requiring evacuation.

Supplemental Staffing. 24.1 Supplemental staff will be utilized through Employment Agencies for legitimate business needs within the following guidelines:
1. In no case will the Company allow a supplemental staff to work more than ninety (90) shifts during a twelve (12) month period, unless extended by mutual agreement. Any supplemental staff who works beyond such period will be hired as a probationary employee with the Company and becomes subject to the provisions of Article 8.2 of the Collective Agreement thereafter.
2. Supplemental staff will not be utilized while any full-time employees of the Company are on involuntary layoff with a right to recall into that classification.
3. Any available full-time position not filled in accordance with Article 8 – Seniority, will be filled by a qualified supplemental staff person.
4. Supplemental staff shall be paid wages by the Employment Agencies. They will not become employees of the Employer until they commence their probationary period.
5. Should the Company wish to discontinue the use of supplemental staff it will notify the Employment Agency. Such action will not be the subject of a grievance or arbitration pursuant to this Agreement.
6. The Company shall pay the Union a flat monthly fee of $250.00 for the right to utilize Supplemental Staff in this regard.
Supplemental Staffing. The Employer will continue to use extra help employees and student employees pursuant to Chapter VI, Section 250.70(f) and (g) of the State Universities Civil Service System Statute and Rules.
Supplemental Staffing. Please indicate the number and type of any supplemental staffing, if any, that you agree to make available in the space below. Please identify the number of individuals, their minimum qualifications, a short description of their duties, and whether they will work on a community/mobile team or a CFTT.
Supplemental Staffing. Provide competently trained and prepared field staff to assist on an as-needed basis to work with Valley Water Field Survey in the field or the office on an as-needed basis.
