On-Site Visits. 1. In case of information to be obtained through on-site visits, including those performed in the framework of supervisory programmes according to Article 26, the Authorities should discuss and reach an understanding on the terms of such on-site visits, taking into full account each other’s sovereignty, applicable legislation and statutory obligations, in particular, in determining the respective roles and responsibilities of the Authorities. The Authorities will act in accordance with the following procedure before conducting a cross- border on-site visit.
