On-Site Visits. Any employee, director, officer, agent or consultant of one Party that enters the premises or property of the other Party shall follow all policies and procedures of the other Party in place on those premises, including, without limitation, all policies and procedures relating to health, safety and the protection of confidential or trade secret information.
