One Designated Administrative Assistant. A new hire to the Fire Department shall be “on probation” for the twelve (12) months from the time of his/her appointment, i.e. date of hire, per Section 3, Article XI of the 1989 Amended Charter of the City of Tulsa, during which time the new hire may be discharged pursuant to the provisions of Section 3, Article XI, of the 1989 Amended Charter of the City of Tulsa.
