Common use of One-Time Fees Clause in Contracts

One-Time Fees. (i) Upon the exercise of its option under the License Agreement to enter into the Old Agreement and the Supply Agreement, Sage has paid to CyDex a nonrefundable, one-time option exercise fee. Receipt of such fee is hereby acknowledged. (ii) In consideration of CyDex entering into this Agreement, Sage agrees to pay to CyDex $300,000 by wire transfer on the Effective Date.

Receipt of such fee is hereby acknowledged. (ii) In consideration CyDex acknowledges receipt of CyDex entering into this Agreement, Sage agrees to pay to CyDex the payment of $300,000 by wire transfer on the Effective Date. (iii) CyDex acknowledges receipt of the payment of $200,000 on the Effective Date. (iv) Sage agrees to pay CyDex an additional $100,000 within 7 days after the 2015 Date.
