One Vote per Interval. Each Owner has one (1) vote for each Interval. When more than one (1) person owns an Interval, they are all Association members, but only one (1) vote can be cast per Interval. The vote for their Interval will be cast as stated in the By-Laws.

  • PRE-BID MEETING 3.1. The contracting Agency/Department will hold a pre-bid meeting at LOCATION on DAY, DATE and TIME

  • Posting Vacancies 1. Vacancies that occur in certified positions shall be posted online for not less than five (5) working days prior to their being filled or advertised outside the district. The five- (5) day posting requirement may be suspended by the Administration on June 1 each year. The five-day posting requirement shall resume on the first day of October.

  • Project Kick-off Meeting The Contractor shall hold a project kick-off meeting within thirty days from the contract execution date. The Contractor shall coordinate with NYSERDA's Project Manager to arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. The Contractor is encouraged to invite representatives of sub-contractors and equipment vendors. The purpose of this meeting shall be to finalize the strategies for accomplishing the objectives of this work. In a timely manner, the Contractor shall submit to NYSERDA’s Project Manager a brief report summarizing the issues discussed and decisions made, if any, during this meeting. Deliverable: A brief report regarding the project kickoff meeting.

  • Votes Every Voter shall have:

  • TIME OFF FOR VOTING (a) If an employee does not have sufficient time outside of working hours to vote at a statewide election, the employee may, without loss of pay, take off enough working time that, when added to the voting time available outside of working hours, will enable the employee to vote.

  • Time Off to Vote The Employer agrees that it will fully comply with any law requiring that employees be given time off to vote.
