One-Year Subscription to LevelCredit. As a bonus for establishing a qualifying direct deposit into your Exto Spending Account, Exto will cover the cost of an optional, one-year subscription to LevelCredit, valued as of April 2020 at approximately $84. LevelCredit is a third-party service offered by RentTrack, Inc. that allows you to report eligible rent and utility payments you make using your Exto Spending Account to credit bureaus to help you build credit. To be eligible for this bonus, you must open a Exto Spending Account and set up a qualifying direct deposit into your Exto Spending Account. A "qualifying direct deposit" is an ongoing deposit that reoccurs at least twice a month for a minimum $1000 (combined amount) that Exto can confirm is a direct deposit based on transaction information it receives with the deposit or, if that information is insufficient, when you have received two electronic deposits of $1000 (combined) from the same third party payor. Once a qualifying direct deposit is established, you can then signup for the LevelCredit service at no cost to you through the Mobile App, which will take you to RentTrack, Inc.’s sign up process. The cost of the subscription will be covered for you at the time you sign up for the service. You are not required to subscribe to LevelCredit if you do not wish to. LevelCredit is not governed by this Agreement and is not a service offered by us or Exto.   • Subscription Term The transfer of Software Subscription(s) to Cloud Access does not change the start date or the duration of the original Software Subscription(s) and once your Software Subscription expires, your access to the Software Subscription in the Vendor’s Cloud will cease, unless otherwise renewed. You may renew your Software Subscription with Red Hat directly or an authorized partner.

  • Subscription Period the Initial Subscription together with any Renewal(s).

  • Term of Purchased Subscriptions The term of each subscription shall be as specified in the applicable Order Form. Except as otherwise specified in an Order Form, subscriptions will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term or one year (whichever is shorter), unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the relevant subscription term. The per-unit pricing during any renewal term will increase by up to 7% above the applicable pricing in the prior term, unless Xxxxxx provides Customer notice of different pricing at least 60 days prior to the applicable renewal term. Except as expressly provided in the applicable Order Form, renewal of promotional or one-time priced subscriptions will be at Xxxxxx’x applicable list price in effect at the time of the applicable renewal. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any renewal in which subscription volume for any Services has decreased from the prior term will result in repricing at renewal without regard to the prior term’s per-unit pricing.

  • Term of Subscriptions The Initial Subscription of each Subscription is set out on the relevant Order Form and starts on the earlier of: (a) the date a User first accesses the Service; or (b) the start date set out on the relevant Order Form. SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A FURTHER 12-MONTH PERIOD (A RENEWAL) UNLESS EITHER PARTY HAS GIVEN THE OTHER NOT LESS THAN 60 CALENDAR DAYS’ NOTICE PRIOR TO ITS EXPIRY TO CANCEL IT ON EXPIRY. If Renewed before expiry any increase in Fees will be limited to the then rate of the UK Consumer Price Index plus 5% (unless We provide you, either directly or through a Reseller, with notice of a different increase at least 90 days’ prior to the Renewal date). This restriction will not: (a) limit any increase caused by changes in the number or type of Subscriptions; or (b) apply to a Subscription Renewed after its expiry. We do not commit to offering promotional discounts on Renewals. If you look to reduce your Subscriptions, or the length of your Renewal from those during the immediately prior Initial Subscription or Renewal (as applicable), this may result in re-pricing without regard to your current per-Subscription pricing. Notices may be given by Us by email or electronically submitted invoice or notice.

  • Subscription Terms Contractor grants to a Purchasing Entity a license to: (i) access and use the Service for its business purposes; (ii) for IaaS, use underlying software as embodied or used in the Service; and (iii) view, copy, upload and download (where applicable), and use Contractor’s documentation. No Contractor terms, including standard click through license or website terms or use of privacy policy, shall apply to Purchasing Entities unless such terms are included in this Master Agreement.

  • Subscription Service PROS warrants that during the Subscription Term, the Subscription Service will conform in all material respects to the functional specifications set forth in the Documentation. Customer's sole and exclusive remedy will be the deployment of a corrected version of the PROS software application that is the object of the Subscription Service, or provision of a workaround, provided however if PROS fails to provide such remedy after using commercially reasonable efforts, Customer may exercise its rights herein for breach of contract, including, but not limited to, termination pursuant to Section 10.2.

  • Term of Purchased User Subscriptions User subscriptions purchased by You commence on the start date specified in the applicable Order Form and continue for the Subscription Term specified therein. Except as otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, all User subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring Subscription Term or one year (whichever is shorter), unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the relevant Subscription Term. The per-unit pricing during any such renewal term shall be the same as that during the prior term unless We have given You written notice of a pricing increase at least 30 days before the end of such prior term, in which case the pricing increase shall be effective upon renewal and thereafter. Any such pricing increase shall not exceed 10% over the pricing for the relevant Services in the immediately prior Subscription Term, unless the pricing in such prior term was designated in the relevant Order Form as promotional or one- time.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
