Common use of Ongoing Annual Services Clause in Contracts

Invoicing Procedure: Contractor shall invoice the City annually for applicable ongoing services including subscription, technical support, maintenance, and hosting fees beginning on the date of final acceptance or the end of the Warranty Period. City shall prepay a year in advance for applicable ongoing subscription, technical support, maintenance, and hosting services provided under the Agreement.
