Ongoing Data Requirements. On the last day of each month from and after a Participating Employer's Participation Date, the Participating Employer shall provide all updates to Participating Employee data to the Administrative Agent, in an electronic format acceptable to the Administrative Agent. The information details and format for ongoing data requirements are outlined in Appendix YY. The required information and format of the data may be subject to change from time to time in accordance with s. 7.5 of the Agreement.
Ongoing Data Requirements. On a weekly basis from and after a Participating Employer’s Participation Date, or within such other time as requested by the Trustees, the Participating Employer shall provide all relevant data updates for Participating Employees to the Plan Administrative Agent in an electronic format compatible with the Plan Administrative Agent’s systems. The information details and format for ongoing data requirements are outlined in Appendix D. The required information and format of the data may be subject to change from time to time.
Ongoing Data Requirements. Within one (1) month, the School Board shall provide all updates to Participating Employee data to the Trust Administrative Agent in an HIRS file containing all the employment information in an electronic format compatible with the Administrative Agent’s systems. The required information and format of the data may be subject to change from time to time in accordance with Article 7.4 of the Agreement.

Participating Group or Participating Group’s designee, at Participating Group’s sole expense, shall provide to Caremark no later than the 15th day of each month after the Program Effective Date, updated Data in accordance with the data dictionary, unless otherwise stated in this Exhibit.
