Ongoing Property Condition. Following the closing, City or its Designee shall be responsible to keep the H1 Property in good, clean and safe condition. In connection therewith, City shall be responsible to install and maintain attractive fencing, and to provide for adequate lighting and security. This requirement shall also be set forth as a restriction in the Grant Deed for the H1 Property, which deed restriction shall run with the land of the H1 Property.

  • Property Condition Seller agrees to maintain the Property in its current condition, subject to ordinary wear and tear, from the time this Agreement comes into effect until the Closing. All equipment proposed shall be new unless clearly stated in writing. Customer Support The Vendor shall provide timely and accurate customer support to TIPS Members. Vendors shall respond to such requests within one (1) working day after receipt of the request. Vendor shall provide training regarding products and services supplied by the Vendor unless otherwise clearly stated in writing at the time of purchase. (Unless training is a line item sold or packaged and must be purchased with product.)
