The 'Online Courses' clause defines the terms and conditions governing access to and participation in courses delivered via the internet. Online Courses. Online courses are those courses in which students primarily access materials, communicate with the instructor, and/or communicate with each other by e-mail, the Internet, or local computer network.
Online Courses. The use of educational technology to deliver online courses is a recognized method of instructional delivery and a means for the College to attain its goals of accessibility. The College shall honour the board-approved mission, values, and operating principles of the institution in developing and implementing online courses. The development, delivery and revision of online courses shall be a matter of employee choice.

For purposes of this paragraph the “Viewing Period“ shall mean the period of time that is one (1) year from your payment of the rental fee of the Online Course (“Online Course Fee“) or as specified within the description of the Online Courses, whichever is later. Once the Viewing Period has ended, you will no longer have access to the Online Course. The Online Course Fee is billed prior to commencing the course. Members are not entitled to a partial refund in the event the Online Courses are not completed. If a Member is terminated in accordance with this Agreement, Yogiville will not reimburse the Member for the remainder of any Online Courses, nor will reimbursements be made for cancellations prior the completion of any Online Courses.
Online Courses. 16.10.1 With departmental and ▇▇▇▇ approval, faculty may teach online courses as part of their regular teaching load. 16.10.2 Course enrollment policies and caps for online courses shall be set by the department and ▇▇▇▇. 16.10.3 The ▇▇▇▇, after consulting with departments and OCE, determines the schedule of online courses for the academic year. Departments determine faculty assignments for online courses during the academic year. The ▇▇▇▇ may request from the department a rationale for individual course offerings.
