Online Tutoring. Graduation Alliance will provide unlimited access to online tutoring to students enrolled in the Program for courses in Math, Science, English and Social Studies. This tutoring is available 24/7 year-round (except Christmas Eve/Day, Thanksgiving, and Independence Day), and is accessed through our student learning environment. Graduation Alliance reserves the right to limit or revoke access if a student’s use is considered excessive in any two consecutive months or if student is found to be using the tutoring for purposes other than for direct participation Programs offered under this Agreement.

Online Tutoring. FEV Tutor, the leader in K-12 Online Tutoring, offers a powerful combination of dynamic instructional software and high-quality and engaging Live 1:1 instruction, to accelerate learning outcomes for students and make an impact in K-12 education. Our consultative process entails integrating our live instruction with our school/district partners’ academic ecosystem through our Collaborative Academic Program Design Process, led by FEV Tutor’s Academic Success Team, our resident team of educators. Our flexible banks of instructional hours allow for both 24/7 access to live 1:1 instruction, side- by-side with scheduled targeted tutoring support for sub-cohorts of students that can be embedded into school day programming, built into after school programs and/or available during nights and weekends, as an extension of classroom teachers. Results matter to FEV Tutor, and every program, along with comprehensive progress monitoring and reporting, comes with an Academic Impact Analysis to measure student growth on benchmark and state assessments (against tutoring usage) to look at an ROI or Return on Education for the investment in the product. FEV Tutor develops, markets, sells, and supports our highest-impact product/service, FEV Tutor, which is our Live 1:1 Online Tutoring product, along with other products for the K-12 Market like FEV Assess, FEV Teach and other emerging products and services to help support the K-12 education market. These educational products and services have been proven successful in fostering academic achievement throughout the K-12 Education, and FEV Tutor’s Live 1:1 Online Tutoring product is an ESSA Evidence Based Intervention. Focus Care Inc. dba FEV Tutor owns or has appropriate rights to license the products marketed by FEV Tutor. FEV Tutor products are generally protected by intellectual property rights which are either owned by FEV Tutor and/or licensed to FEV Tutor by third parties (the “IP Rights”). FEV Tutor and the IP Rights shall at all times remain the property of FEV Tutor and/or its licensors. FEV Tutor products are licensed, not sold, and the Licensee’s rights of access to and use of these products shall be as defined in the applicable FEV Tutor license agreement. Related to Online Tutoring

  • Tutoring i) Academic casual staff member required to deliver or present a tutorial (or equivalent delivery through other than face to face teaching mode) of a specified duration and relatedly provide directly associated non-contact duties in the nature of preparation, reasonably contemporaneous marking and student consultation, will be paid at a rate for each hour of tutorial delivered or presented (refer to Schedule 1 of this Agreement).

  • ONLINE LINGUISTIC SUPPORT 6.1. The participant must carry out the OLS language assessment before and at the end of the mobility period. The completion of the online assessment before departure is a pre-requisite for the mobility, except in duly justified cases.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
