Tutoring definition

Tutoring means giving private instruction or help to an individual or group for which the teacher receives remuneration other than through the School Committee.

Tutoring. A 60 minute period of time in which the adjunct provides group or individual tutoring to students. Tutoring is neither a course nor part of the course appointment; rather, tutoring requires a separate appointment.
