Ontario Law. Applies
(a) This Lease shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the parties hereto hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Province of Ontario.
Ontario Law. The laws of the Province of Ontario shall govern the interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Agreement.
Ontario Law. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, except as otherwise required by mandatory provisions of law and except to the extent that remedies provided by the laws of any jurisdiction other than Ontario are governed by the laws of such jurisdiction.
