ONTARIO RESIDENTS REV. On recruitment of tradesmen who live in Ontario but beyond 161 radius kilometers from the project, the Employer shall pay as an allowance 30¢ per radius kilometer, plus one (1) hour's base rate of pay (32¢ effective May 1, 2005, 34¢ effective May 1, 2007, 36¢ effective May 1, 2009) for each 80 radius kilometers of travel to a maximum of 640 kilometers for the initial trip to the project from where the tradesmen live or place of recruitment, whichever is closer to the project.
