Opaque Bookings. Decolar will: (a) not display nor make available Opaque Bookings to customers for booking except as part of Packaged Products and (b) not display separate pricing of Opaque Bookings to customers at any time during the booking or confirmation processes; and (c) ensure that the final booking price for an Opaque Booking is equal to the Room Rate provided to Decolar by Expedia (provided that Decolar remains responsible for the final price of the Packaged Product). *** Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Expedia or its Affiliates, if Decolar is in material breach of this Section 8.5, Expedia will notify Decolar of such breach and allow Decolar three (3) Business Days to remedy such breach. If Decolar does not remedy such breach within three (3) Business Days, Expedia may restrict access to Opaque Collect Bookings with immediate effect and, if any Travel Supply Provider terminates its agreement with Expedia as a result of such breach, Expedia may permanently restrict access to such Opaque Collect Bookings. In addition, Expedia may from time to time require Decolar at its own cost to demonstrate its ongoing compliance with this Section 8.6. Decolar shall upon written request from Expedia, send copies of booking confirmations, booking details and give access to such other information, systems and/or documentation as is reasonably necessary to demonstrate the Booking Company’s compliance. Failure by Decolar to permit such audit shall be deemed a breach of this Section 8.5.

  • Bookings By making a booking the Guest offers to conclude an Accommodation Contract. In the case of appropriate availability of the booked room the Guest receives from Motel One a booking confirmation. Upon acceptance of the booking made by the Guest an Accommodation Contract is created between Motel One and the Guest. Motel One’s offers in relation to available rooms are non-binding and subject to change. Motel One can at its own discretion refuse the conclusion of an Accommodation Contact. There is no right to receive overnight accommodation in a particular room. Motel One retains the right to impose restrictions standard within the industry, such as minimum stays, booking guarantees or deposit payments for certain dates.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.

  • Landings After landings have served Purchaser’s purpose, Purchaser shall ditch and slope them to permit water to drain or spread. Unless agreed otherwise, cut and fill banks around landings shall be sloped to remove overhangs and otherwise minimize ero- sion.

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions: 15.1.1.1 CBT will publish the Primary Listing of CLEC Directory Customers located within the geographic scope of its White Pages directory and will recover costs for both resale and facility based Customers in accordance with the Act.
