Bookings. By making a booking the Guest offers to conclude an Accommodation Contract. In the case of appropriate availability of the booked room the Guest receives from Motel One a booking confirmation. Upon acceptance of the booking made by the Guest an Accommodation Contract is created between Motel One and the Guest. Motel One’s offers in relation to available rooms are non-binding and subject to change. Motel One can at its own discretion refuse the conclusion of an Accommodation Contact. There is no right to receive overnight accommodation in a particular room. Motel One retains the right to impose restrictions standard within the industry, such as minimum stays, booking guarantees or deposit payments for certain dates.

Bookings. All bookings and reservations for guest, conference and banquet rooms or other facilities at the Hotel as of the Closing, together with all deposits held by Seller with respect thereto (the “Bookings”);

Bookings. Purchaser shall receive a credit for all prepaid deposits for Bookings scheduled to occur on or after the Closing Date, except to the extent such deposits are transferred to Purchaser.

Bookings. Tenant may enter into any Bookings that do not cover periods after the expiration of the term of this Lease without the consent of Landlord. Tenant may enter into any Bookings that cover periods after the expiration of the term of this Lease without the consent of Landlord, provided, that, (i) such transaction is in each case made for bona fide business purposes in the normal course of the Primary Intended Use; (ii) such transaction shall not result in a violation of any Legal Requirements (including Gaming Regulations) relating to the operation of the Facility, including any Gaming Facilities, (iii) such Bookings are on commercially reasonable terms at the time entered into; and (iv) such transaction is not designed with the intent to frustrate Landlord’s ability to enter into a new lease of the Leased Property or any portion thereof with a third person following the Expiration Date; provided, further, that, notwithstanding anything otherwise set forth herein, any such Bookings in effect as of the Commencement Date are expressly permitted without such consent. Landlord hereby agrees that in the event of a termination or expiration of this Lease, Landlord hereby recognizes and shall keep in effect such Booking on the terms agreed to by Tenant with such Person and shall not disturb such Person’s rights to occupy the Facility in accordance with the terms of such Booking.

Bookings. All Bookings at the Hotel are subject to these Terms. At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorise the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the Booking includes the supply of certain items or services. No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.

Bookings. Buyer shall honor all existing Bookings and all other Bookings made in accordance with this Agreement for any period on or after the Closing Date. The provisions of this Section 4.4 shall survive the Closing without limitation.

Bookings. Agreements and/or reservations for the use or occupancy of guest rooms or meeting and banquet facilities or other facilities of the Hotel, including any agreements and/or reservations for any special events, off-site catering by the Hotel, or other services to be provided at or by the Hotel, in each case, for any time after the Cut Off Time, including all deposits held by or on behalf of Seller with respect thereto.

Bookings. Buyer shall receive a credit for 100% of the value of all gift certificates and prepaid deposits for Bookings scheduled to occur on or after the Closing Date, except to the extent such deposits are transferred to Buyer.

Bookings a) No booking for hire of the Venue is confirmed until both the Hirer and PIA have signed this Agreement and the Hirer has paid the Bond. A booking may be offered to other prospective hirers by the PIA until such time as it has been confirmed under this clause 2(a). b) The Hirer must precisely state the type of activity and Event to take place in the Special Conditions of Hire and use the Venue only for that purpose. The Hirer warrants and agrees that the Event has been accurately described to PIA and as set out in Special Conditions of Hire and that the Venue will not be used for any performance or activity that is of an objectionable nature, is in breach of reasonable standards of public decency or is likely to create a nuisance. c) The Hirer must use only the area in the Venue that has been booked and confirmed for use by the Hirer. d) If you would like to change your booking (times on the same day, contacts, address etc.) you must contact PIA on 000 000 0000 | 00 000 0000. It may not be possible for PIA to accommodate all requested changes. The Hirer will be notified and must agree to any additional charges and any terms and conditions applying to the grant of the Hirer's request before the changes will be agreed to by PIA. e) The Hire Period includes Pack In and Pack Out times. f) The Hirer must adhere strictly to the confirmed Hire Period and shall ensure that all persons have vacated the Venue by the end of the Hire Period. In addition to the Hire Charges the Hirer will be charged for any hour or part thereof that the Hirer continues to occupy the Venue after the end of the Hire Period whether or not it has obtained PIAs consent and without prejudice to the PIAs other rights under this Agreement or at law, at the Run on Rate set out in the Special Conditions of Hire. During the run on period, the Hirer will otherwise continue to occupy the Venue on the terms of this Agreement. Failure to comply strictly with the confirmed Hire Period may also result in cancellation of any future booking(s). g) PIA reserves the right to have officers, staff, and/or representatives present at the Event at any time.

Bookings. 6.1 Bookings and confirmation of place on PURE Pursuits 2018 must be made by completing the online booking form, all required fields must be completed. Successful applicants will be notified by 31 January 2018 by email.
