Common use of Open Public Meetings Clause in Contracts

Open Public Meetings. All meetings of the Implementation Board and the Governing Committee shall be open to the public if and to the extent required by chapter 42.30 RCW (the “Open Public Meetings Act”). The Implementation Board and the Governing Committee may hold executive sessions to consider matters enumerated in chapter 42.30 RCW (the “Open Public Meetings Act) or as otherwise authorized by law. The meetings of the Advisory Committee shall be open to the public, except that the Advisory Committee may hold executive sessions as it deems necessary.
