Open Source Elements. Any open source materials in the Deliverables for which Agency may be subject to a license must be approved in advance and in writing by Agency. If Contractor desires to include open source materials, Contractor shall: Notify Agency in writing that Contractor intends to include open source materials in a Deliverable, Identify the specific portion of the Deliverable that contain open source materials, and Provide a copy of the applicable license for each open source item to Agency.
