Open Source Materials. The Company may incorporate free and open-source material in the PeoplesHR Software. The Company is responsible for ensuring that the license terms of any such free and open-source materials do not conflict with the license for the PeoplesHR Software, or otherwise prevent Customer from using the PeoplesHR Software in accordance with this Agreement.
