Message Screening 7.4.4.4.1 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept valid messages from CCI local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point within BellSouth’s SS7 network where the CCI switching system has a valid signaling relationship. 7.4.4.4.2 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to pass valid messages from CCI local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point or network accessed through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the CCI switching system has a valid signaling relationship. 7.4.4.4.3 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept and pass/send valid messages destined to and from CCI from any signaling point or network interconnected through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the CCI SCP has a valid signaling relationship.
Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.

Best Efforts/Full-time Executive will expend Executive's best efforts on behalf of Company, and will abide by all policies and decisions made by Company, as well as all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations or ordinances. Executive will act in the best interest of Company at all times. Executive shall devote Executive's full business time and efforts to the performance of Executive's assigned duties for Company, unless Executive notifies the Chief Executive Officer in advance of Executive's intent to engage in other paid work and receives the Chief Executive Officer's express written consent to do so.
Full Time and Attention During the Employment Term, Executive shall devote his or her full time and attention to the business of the Company and will not, without the prior written consent of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, be engaged (whether or not during normal business hours) in any other business or professional activity, whether or not such activities are pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall not be prevented from (a) engaging in any civic or charitable activity for which Executive receives no compensation or other pecuniary advantage, (b) investing his or her personal assets in businesses which do not compete with the Company, provided that such investments will not require any services on the part of Executive in the operation of the affairs of the businesses and that Executive’s participation is solely that of an investor, or (c) purchasing securities in any corporation whose securities are regularly traded, provided that such purchases will not result in Executive owning beneficially at any time 5% or more of the equity securities of any corporation engaged in a business competitive with that of the Company.
