Opening of Proposals. UNAIDS will open the technical proposals in the presence of a Committee formed by UNAIDS at the Headquarters office in Geneva, Switzerland on a date fixed after the closing of the tendering period. Each technical proposal will be opened during the session with each bidder announced. Financial proposals will be opened only after the technical evaluation of the proposals. There will not be a public opening of bids.
