Method of Submission. All certifications, certificates and Opinions of Counsel required to be submitted to the Registrar pursuant to Section 2.06 to effect a registration of transfer or exchange may be submitted by facsimile or by electronic transmission or mail.
Method of Submission. Electronic proposals submitted via E-mail or Fax, and hardcopy proposals will NOT be accepted. Hand-carried offers, whether hardcopy or electronic, will NOT be accepted. Offerors are required to submit proposals electronically, via DoD Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) IAW the following Proposal Submission Instructions and Process. Use of DoD SAFE requires the offerors understanding and consent of DoD SAFEs user behavior guidelines and all terms of use. This RFP requires use of a one-time submission code provided by the Government for tracking purposes outlined in Proposal Submission Instructions and Process below. Offerors with CAC cards may not submit a proposal via DoD SAFE without a Government provided submission code. NOTE: IAW FAR 15.208, it is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure the proposal/quote is received by the date and time specified on the cover page of this solicitation IAW the Instructions below. Please note that when submitting through DoD SAFE, there is no "expected" or "target" length of time for proposal submission; size and content may be factors, therefore offerors are strongly cautioned when submitting proposals to allow adequate time for submission. Proposal Submission Instructions and Process: Step 1 (Offeror): The offerors shall email xxxxxxx.x.xxxxxx.civ@xxxx.xxx and xxxxxxx.x.xxxxxx-xxxxxxx.civ@xxxx.xxx of their intent to submit a proposal and request a DoD SAFE Drop Off code. Unless otherwise specified in the request, the Government will use the email account from the request to process a Drop Off Request.
Method of Submission. 1. Each report shall be electronically submitted by a booking service through a secure portal accessible from the administering agency’s website. No later than 15 business days after Local Law ### for the year of 2020 takes effect, the administering agency will publish on its website additional guidance on the electronic submission process. 2. The portal may require a booking service to submit contact information, including an email address, to be used by the administering agency for communications related to booking service submissions. 3. A booking service may apply for an exception to electronic submission, indicating specifically a proposed alternate secure method of submission and the reporting period(s) for which it seeks the exception. Such exception shall be granted only in the following circumstances, and at the sole discretion of the administering agency: a. the booking service has fewer than 20 hosts; b. the booking service had fewer than 100 short-term rental transactions during the reporting period; or c. the booking service is prevented from using the prescribed submission method based on a technical disruption that is beyond its control or another such unusual circumstance that exists. 4. The report shall be submitted in an electronic format prescribed and published on the administering agency’s website no later than the close of the initial reporting period. Reports not in compliance with the required formatting will be rejected and deemed missing, except for those booking services that were granted an exception pursuant to this section. The administering agency will provide at least 90 days’ notice before any changes to the formatting requirements take effect. The 90-day notice will be published on the administering agency’s website and sent to all booking services who have submitted at least one report previously, via the contact information provided by the booking service.

  • Method of Application Applicants for the SORACOM Air Global Service (each such applicant, an “Applicant”) shall apply for the SORACOM Air Global Service via the on-line sign-up in accordance with the procedure specified by SORACOM after the Applicant agrees to the General Terms (such application, the “Application”).

  • Method of Billing Consultant may submit invoices to the City for approval on a progress basis, but no more often than two times a month. Said invoice shall be based on the total of all Consultant’s services which have been completed to City’s sole satisfaction. City shall pay Consultant’s invoice within forty-five (45) days from the date City receives said invoice. Each invoice shall describe in detail, the services performed, the date of performance, and the associated time for completion. Any additional services approved and performed pursuant to this Agreement shall be designated as “Additional Services” and shall identify the number of the authorized change order, where applicable, on all invoices.

  • Auction Schedule; Method of Submission of Orders (a) The Funds and the Auction Agent shall conduct Auctions for each series of Preferred Shares in accordance with the schedule set forth below. Such schedule may be changed at any time by the Auction Agent with the consent of the Fund, which consent shall not be withheld unreasonably.   • Method of Computation To determine the Adviser’s liability with respect to the Excess Amount, each month the Fund Operating Expenses for the Fund shall be annualized as of the last day of the month. If the annualized Fund Operating Expenses for any month exceeds the Operating Expense Limit of the Fund, the Adviser shall first waive or reduce its investment advisory fee for such month by an amount sufficient to reduce the annualized Fund Operating Expenses to an amount no higher than the Operating Expense Limit. If the amount of the waived or reduced investment advisory fee for any such month is insufficient to pay the Excess Amount, the Adviser shall also remit to the Fund an amount that, together with the waived or reduced investment advisory fee, is sufficient to pay such Excess Amount.

  • Method of Communication Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all notices and communications hereunder shall be in writing, or by telephone subsequently confirmed in writing. Any notice shall be effective if delivered by hand delivery or sent via telecopy, recognized overnight courier service or certified mail, return receipt requested, and shall be presumed to be received by a party hereto (i) on the date of delivery if delivered by hand or sent by telecopy, (ii) on the next Business Day if sent by recognized overnight courier service and (iii) on the third Business Day following the date sent by certified mail, return receipt requested. A telephonic notice to the Administrative Agent as understood by the Administrative Agent will be deemed to be the controlling and proper notice in the event of a discrepancy with or failure to receive a confirming written notice.

  • Method of Adjustment Calculation Agent Adjustment; notwithstanding anything in the 2002 Definitions to the contrary, the Calculation Agent may make an adjustment pursuant to Calculation Agent Adjustment to any one or more of the Base Amount, the Forward Price and any other variable relevant to the settlement or payment terms of the Transaction.

  • Method of Calculation All calculations under this Section 4 shall be made to the nearest one hundredth of a share.

  • Method of Making Appointments In making promotions and transfers, the required knowledge, ability and skills for the position shall be the primary consideration, and where two or more employees are equally qualified to fulfil the duties of the position, length of service shall be the determining factor. The employees shall retain the right of appeal under the Grievance Procedure contained in this Agreement.
