Opening of the Tender. 18.1 Tenders (Technical Bids) shall be opened at 11:30 hours on the last date of submission of bids i.e. 3010th November, 2022, in the presence of the Tenderer(s) for which they shall ensure their presence without further invitation, as per provision KPPRA Rules, 2014. In case the last date of bid submission falls in / within the official holidays / weekends of the Purchaser, the last date for submission of the bids shall be the next working day.
